Class Notes 1970s
John Holland, '73 AnSci (Agriculture), and wife Patti (Martinsen) Holland, '74 PE (Edu, Hlth, & Hum Dev), Dillon, announced that all three of their children have graduated from college. Two from MSU and one from N. Western Oklahoma State. John sells insurance at Western States Insurance, while Patti teaches junior high school.
Gretchen (George) Annese, '75 Soc (Letters & Science), Bedford, Mass., has been named to the position of vice president at Brookline Bank and will be responsible for the Bank's commercial lending activities in the Lexington area.
Darrell Johnson, '75 AgBu, '77 M (Agriculture), acquired FRANdata from the National Cooperative Bank in a management buy-out. FRANdata is the world's leading provider of information about the franchise industry. Darrell, his wife and three daughters live in the northern Virginia area.
Cheryl Lenox, '76 Nurs (Nursing), is a staff RN in the Cardiac Cath lab at DBC in Billings. DBC is a Solucient Top 100 cardiovascular hospital in the U.S.
Pamela (Turnquist) Birkeland, '77 ElEd,'00 M (Edu, Hlth, & Hum Dev), Helena, has a son, Kade, 22, attending the U. of Minn. College of Pharmacy. Son Brant, 20, attends MSU and plays football for the Cats. Daughter Kiele, 19, is a sophomore at the U. of Las Vegas.
