Robert Wheeler, '81 Acctg, North Bend, Wash., is a shareholder and head of the Tax Service Group at Clark Nuber, P.S. He and Kari have three children, Anna, 11, Ben, 8, and Robin, 3 .
Christopher Lofgren, '82 I&ME, Woodland, Wash., has been elected president and CEO of Schneider National Inc. He has also been appointed to the board of directors. He becomes the third leader of the privately owned transportation and logistics company founded in 1935.
Joseph Pellegrini, '84 Nurs, Columbia, Md., a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, has been named the 2002 Researcher of the Year by the Foundation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
Jeffrey Bricco, '84 ChE, Danbury, Conn., Operations Manager with Dow Chemical, was involved with the startup of a Malaysian plant. He will be transitioning back to the United States this year.
Dean McSweeney, '87 BuFi, Tacoma, Wash., has been named by Columbia Bank of Washington as senior vice president and manager of its private banking department. He comes to Columbia Bank from Laird Norton Financial Group where he was a vice president. He brings over 18 years of banking experience to the bank. His experience includes relationship and account management positions at Key Bank and Puget Sound National Bank as well as wealth planning advisor in his most recent position at Laird Norton.
Alisa (Dighans) Vandersloot, '87 EdHE, Denver, Colo., married Cal Vandersloot on July 14, 2001, and then moved from Billings to Denver. Alisa worked as an oncology specialty pharmaceutical representative for Immunex Corp., until she got laid off in a buy-out situation July 17. Alisa and Cal are the parents of a baby girl, Elena Rose, born Sept. 9. Elena is named for Alisa's maternal grandmother.
Stacy Vance, '87 Music, Lady Lake, Fla., recently obtained her massage therapist license and is now attending physical therapy school.
Heidi (Hoagland) Paulson, '87 BuMg, Billings, is co-owner of a software company developing job costing and accounting software for construction companies throughout the United States and Canada.
Scott Nelson, '87 CE, Livingston, owner of Nelson Engineering and Associates, Inc., has opened at a new location, 119 N. 3rd in Livingston.
Bruce Glennie, '89 Ag Bus., has been named sub-district president by Wells Fargo Bank Montana. Bruce is the president of the Wells Fargo Bank in Glasgow and oversees the bank's operations in Roundup and Lewistown.
Amy (Montgomery) Kieke, '89 Micro, Marshfield, Wis., received a PhD in epidemiology from Emory University, Atlanta, Ga., in December 2001.
