We strongly encourage you to stay at reunion headquarters, the GranTree Inn, and to make your reservations early.  For your convenience, the Alumni Association has reserved a “block” of rooms  for May 7-9.  Ask for a room in the MSU Alumni Reunion Block.  For those coming early or staying late, a few rooms have been set aside to accommodate those needs as well.  Room blocks will be released back to the general public on or about April 10, so make your reservations today. Transportation
Individuals flying into Gallatin Field (Belgrade) Airport are responsible for your own transportation to Bozeman.  The GranTree Inn does provide free shuttle transportation to and from the airport.  Please call the GranTree’s front desk at (800) 624-5865 or (406) 587-5261 to make your own arrangements.  If you choose to reserve a rental car, don’t forget to use your MSU Alumni Membership Benefit discount. Bus service will be provided for Reunion activities on Friday and Saturday, May 8 & 9.  We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this bus service, as it will make your reunion experience much more  enjoyable and worry free.  Bus Transportation arrives and departs from the rear entrance only of the GranTree Inn.  For those of you not staying at the GranTree Inn, we recommend that you too take advantage of the bus service by following bus schedule times.  Buses will leave on time – so please pay close attention to the bus schedule.
